This corresponds with the second week of the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament bnpparibasopen.com in Indian Wells. Smoke Tree Ranch would like to know how many are attending by the second week of January, so we hope you can get your application in by then.
Here is the information on Cottage rates and the Meal package for the upcoming meeting at STR. Inflation has a definite effect, but remember that the cost includes using all on-site recreational facilities, meeting space, and gratuities.
Single or Double Occupancy Studio & one bedroom cottages $421.88 per night. ($375.00 + $46.88 taxes)
There are some Two-bedroom and Family Unit Cottages. You can go to the STR website smoketreeranch.com to check it out. You can also put your preference for a two-bedroom on the registration form, and Kay and I will put in a good word for you.
The meal package, which includes five (5) breakfasts & four (4) dinners, is $476.33 inclusive of tax per person. Tuesday, March 12, 2024, is the day with dinner on your own. Making a reservation months ahead of time in the Coachella Valley during the BNP Tournament in Indian Wells is probably a good idea.
