2. Fill in the appropriate fields
3. Mail completed form with check for annual dues

Dues for AMTA are $75.00 annually for MDs and DOs, and $50.00 annually for PAs, NPs, and RNs. This makes you eligible for the events and covers the cost of continuing this great community and organizing our events. If you were a member in the past, we hope you will join us again and enjoy our new and growing community as we engage in sport and medical education.
